Allowing a M96 based car to sit up this long only affects the special edition Carreras like the ME and AE. Therefore, I think you should donate it to charity. I'm pretty sure it's toast. Happy to hook you up with my new charity called, "would-love-to-own-a_40AE-bucket-list-fund".
