Question Cabriolet Flaps

I have a 2002 911 Cab. I have replaced the struts and changed the oil for the cab movement mechanism. I have run into a new issue where the roof retracts to its fully folded position and the cover begins to move into place. It halts and retries as the side flaps have not deployed fully (they are approximately 2/3 of the way down). After a few attempts, the flaps fully deploy and the cover fully seats. I believe that the flap mechanism is just tired and I want to replace but I am having a hard time identifying the part I need and a description of how to replace. Any help is much appreciated.

Step one is lubricate the screw kn the flaps. I use a lithium based. Spray on and wipe off and do a few times. Also, put a towels behind the screw when you spray or you can get grease on the flap

I think they are a bit expensive new but there are ones of flap assemblies available on eBay.
