Default mat for the rear shelf

Lloyd's Mats is making me a new mat for the front trunk (Frunk? Bonnet?) as the one they sent me is too small. They asked me to provide a pattern and mail it to them.

This gave me the idea - can they do a mat for the rear shelf if I also give them a pattern? They said yes.

Being a bi level shelf, just wondering how to do it. just one mat for the upper shelf? Should the mat bend over the edge like the actual carpet does? A mat for the upper and lower shelf?

Suggestions?

What sort of mat are you contemplating? Another carpet mat to go over the existing carpet? I think I see where you are headed but don't quite understand the point.

A carpet mat (looped?) with a logo is what we are thinking. Dress up the interior. No point other than that, much like the other interior mods we are doing. Call it bling.

Then there's the Bose sound system to consider.

I don't have that, so no issue there. I think they have one for the Bose already.

But when they get my pattern, they will be able to make this for anybody.
