I wouldn't mind a few bucks + whatever shipping is, but I am not going to let it sit in my storage forever. Offers? Otherwise it will become cool shop art mounted to wall
I have no idea what it's worth. Less than 1,000 miles from what I can tell when the PO installed it and then I bought it. PM is fine if you want it.

OP - I have the same issue. Did you ever get the boot/plug separated so you could re-orient it? Any tips?

The rubber elbow just pulls off and rotate 180*

Thanks. Easy as you described. Not sure how it ended up this way in the first place.

Here's some pics in case it helps someone else.


backwards orientation

gently pry open one end

pry open other end

separate cover

turn cover around plug 180 degrees

wire routed correctly

I bet someone previously had a K&N intake on and swapped the cover180* Mine's rubber though...
