I actually posted a similar question to your site earlier today. having the video/audio would be great back up. Is there any other written documentation of the material covered?
Nothing written in the online class is included.
The Hans- On class comes with a color workbook thats a couple hundred pages. It's only available to those who attend the hands- on class.
signed up for the on line course. Will be scoping bank 2 of my engine this weekend so that may push me over the edge to sign up for the hands on as well (I hope I'm joking as I haven't seen any other issues with noise, metal in oil, filter, sump, etc..). Did find 4 small black plastic pieces in the sump plate though so IMS guide must have some wear.
If we have 9, l’d still have the class.. Go ahead and sign up :-)
Okay based on this and Ashai's comments and knowing a few people have successfully built their own M96s after this class, I will sign up tonight. I can pay off the CC in April when I get that bonus and I don't want to miss this class. I will schedule the time off at work and hope 7 (my current count) or 8 is enough to get this done. Now the question is do I want to drive my Boxster S or 996 from DFW or rent a crap box at ATL for this adventure. It's a 13 hour drive and I don't have time to split up like I should. Anyone on the route want to help with the driving? I already have my hotel reserved using Hilton points (thanks work) in Helen.
It looks we are at 7 for the hands on class. If we get to 9 i'll have the class anyway, though my cut off is normally 10 to make it worth while. Thanks for signing up, guys.
