They look good I have been using 997 rubber mats but these look like they fit better.

Just mark them and trim to fit.

These are so nice I'm considering pulling the subwoofer and see how it sounds. If good enuff I'll get a set. Otherwise, I'll try cutting my Lloyds to fit better.

Weathertech makes a mat that accommodates the subwoofer on the 996. Their highest quality make are usually a perfect fit and very good quality.

Mine arrived today. Fit is good and velcro mounting is secure with the existing pads. The hooks off the back aren't functional for anything but hanging them, so that could be trimmed off if you're not ever going to be hanging them for storage.. Photo isn't great using a phone in my garage, but here you go. Blends in with the black interior nicely but gives just a tiny bit of interest with the logo and 996 shape. No reason to buy generics anymore IMO; these are nicer for effectively the same price.

I really dig these but shipping to Porsche in Hawaii is a killer, then they have to ship them to me on another island again...

only thing missing from looking at pics is edges to keep in water/etc. I've got the old weather techs, need an updgrade. May give these a try anyways.

The pictures are a little misleading; the edges do wrap up and make a "basin" that would hold some water; probably quite a bit actually. There aren't very good grooves to hold it in place though, so it would slosh around a lot, unlike Audi mats that have lots of ridges to baffle the water from sloshing.

The lip in the original Porsche ones is to retain inside any water from snow, dirt and all sorts. I am pleased there are not deep grooves in them originals as they are so easy to clean this way and there is plenty of grip anyways due to nature of material
