Default Question about M030

I put in my 2003 Carrera Tiptronic the M030 Sports Suspension RoW about a decade ago. The time has come to replace it and wonder if it makes more sense just to replace all 4 shocks rather than the anti roll bars , bushings ( some were replaced some years back) that are in very good condition - car only has covered 41K Miles from new and this suspension just 20k Miles .... A bit of research suggested that the M030 uses Bilstein B4s all round is that correct ? Does that mean I can just replace the 4 shocks and leave everything else where it is ? I have found a couple of big places that sell these Bilsteins ' suitable' for the M030 RoW suspension....

Hello, I do not have the M030 suspension, but all of your info sounds correct for when I did my first suspension change. I had to replace the Upper Front Strut mounts and the Front bump stops due to age. If your parts are all in good order, just the shocks will be fine. By the way, that is a good price on 4 shocks! Well done!

Here are the current (2018) part numbers for the M030 shocks themselves (just the shocks, not including springs or any hardware):

Front struts 996 343 041 37
Rear struts 996 333 051 49

I don't. I pulled those numbers of a recent M030 ROW kit I installed on my Dad's 2003 C2 manual. I am not sure where to find them, since you are in Greece maybe a local Porsche dealer can find them for you. We only get the M030 USA version in our parts catalogs here in the USA. The USA version of M030 was different from ROW. The part numbers have also been superseded over the years so make sure you get the most recent part numbers.
