I'm looking to remove my "CD Holder", buy a lower position cubby, and swap my climate control unit into the old spot. Basically going from this (not my car but same layout):

Can anyone comment on the requirements for this swap? Will it slide in fine up there? Is there a faceplate necessary for the top spot? If so does someone have a part number?
Just do a search all the details r easy to find. The climate control was not designed for that slot and u need to modify the face plate and the mounts. The lower cubby can be purchased. Its not that hard to figure out.
