Default Re-Install Rear Wiper

Ive got a 99 996 with the rear wiper delete plug installed. In my attempt to re option the car to "as ordered," I'd like to re install the rear wiper, which the car is still wired for(dash button and wiring plug in rear shelf.)

Ive got one question: Are there any seals missing from this motor? I just cant find any schematics that show what, if anything, needs for this to be water tight. Or maybe it doesn't and there's a drain I am not aware of?

Any info or links would be greatly appreciated!

#9 Grommet and it appears you don't have it. http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=904-05

Yes, there is a rubber grommet that seals the motor to the port.

See image. The part number is 99662827301

Tommy, just be careful with those rear wipes. It's best not to pull them back in "service mode" when washing you car. They're known to whip back and scratch the car. My car still has a scratch where the previous owner pulled it back to clean the car and it snapped back and left a nasty cut in the paint.
