Thanx Guy's, finally got to work on the car, for the fault codes I started on doing a vacuum test and found a leak from the Changeover valve 1 line going to the Vacuum reservoir. PIA to get too, but done and no other leaks.

I just posted on this problem with an earlier thread, now I find a newer thread. 808Bill, will follow your success with great interest.

So, while this is a PITA to have to watch the CEL and clear codes, is there a risk of damage to the engine by delaying fixing this? I just need to know where to prioritize against other projects.

I have not had to code pop up since I cleared it but I'm ready to tackle it next time it pops up.

Found a vacuum line that was pulled out of a fitting, reconnected it and drove it yesterday without any CEL. It was the line that runs in front of the alternator between the changeover valve #1 and the one-way check valve Bought new hose and "y" and elbow fittings to replace with new. Hopefully no leaks further back and i can avoid pulling the alternator/throttle body. Sounds like a good preventative for a later day.
