Car won't crank after engine replacement
I have no idea where to start.
All connections are made, batter new and has a full charge.
I know it was running before the previous motor failed...

I do have a Durametric but have never used one. Fault codes- P1120, P1139, P1141

Have you checked the fuses C1-C4 and E1? Ground cable connected from the engine to the chassis? Making any noise at all when cranked?

 

The ground cable to the chassis is the one I could see overlooking. Assuming that is present, I'd get out the multimeter and work your way through the system in a methodical way. Break it down into smaller segments and narrow down to the source. Unfortunately, this is a hands on exercise in electrical troubleshooting.

One random shot - is the clutch pushed all the way in?

I don't think it would result in a no crank, but there is a simple throttle body calibration you can do. It is a key on, key off, let it sit for 60 seconds, kind of deal. I'm sure it is posted somewhere on here.

Maybe this:
Ignition on for 60 seconds
Ignition off for 5 seconds
Ignition on for 15 seconds
Ignition off and throttle reset complete.

also says, passenger compartment sensor short circuit to ground

 

Also, my engine lid is off, not sure if that matters?

 

Double check that the harness that goes to the throttle is plugged firmly into the electrical connector in the throttle body? Make sure the two twist lock connectors that connect the body harness and the engine harness are plugged in correctly, fully seated and locked?

 

With ignition key on and car in neutral, can you jumper the starter and make it turn over?
That would at least rule out a completely dead starter.

Are you using the same TB from the old engine, or the one from new engine?
Maybe swap those.
Also check the connectors to make sure you don't have any bent pins.
I've run into this before while troubleshooting.

 

That's not good news at all. I've been following your threads on this car and noticed you've put a tremendous amount of blood, sweat, and tears into getting this car operational. Where did the replacement engine come from? private sale or dismantler? Did the company or person give you any sort of DOA and/or warranty of any kind? I'm hoping the engine is fine and that something simple has been overlooked during the install.
