Clocked a bit over 2,200 miles altogether from DC to Destin, Florida. On our return we made a detour and made a run on the Tail of the Dragon. The car performed extremely well and was comfortable for the entire trip... The more I drive my C4S the more I enjoy it. I only saw one other 911 my entire trip... a silver 997!

I had no where near the same journey, but recently took a trip over to the Tail myself -- any a couple of my fav pix are just like your's, twins (almost)!
And yes, I do hope you hit Cherohala Skyway as grrrmonster recommended, it was my favorite drive of the weekend.
