Gcthree: I'm fairly new to the 996. Researched factory aerokits and came up with the "aerokit cup" and the "aerokit carrera". Looks like the aerokit cup comes with the wing referred to as the "taco wing", also know as the GT3. I couldn't find any photos or information on the aero kit carrera. Can you confirm which kit you have? Also, any other photos of your rear wing from the rear? Checked Suncoast and also came up empty on your wing. Thanks.

It looks like the same wing that I have on my car. In the Porsche catalog, it's referred to as a "Carrera rear spoiler".

SoCal911t and NYoutftr, that looks like the one. Now I need to find one at a reasonable price. Looked at new prices and still trying to pick myself up off the floor. Thanks for your help!

Watch for one on ebay.
Don't buy after market, wait for a factory wing.
Last I saw they were like $3500 from Porsche. They sell for around $1200 - $1800 used.

In a lifetime of messing with cars and aftermarket products, I have never had a product fit this well, with fantastic quality and enhance the look of a car like the spoiler I bought from Jeff. My old mentor at Automobile magazine, David E. Davis, Jr., would likely have used the word 'Gobsmacked'....it's just that darn good.

Attached is a photo of the car with the spoiler fitted. But let me tell you that it is not secured whatsoever! I just put it in place and it fit perfectly. It is very high-quality urethane that fits as well as an OEM product. I'm now debating whether to leave it as is, or have it painted Seal Grey to match.

I'm so pleased that I had to pass it along to the group. BTW, Jeff also offers one for the earlier Mk.1 996's that looks equally as good.

Cheers!
Bob
Sorry to bump an old thread, but I see you're in Williamsburg too. Have you found the splitter finds things to catch on around here, or has it been smooth (and not scratched) sailing?
