They are located in the outflow of the radiator cooling fans...metal cylinder with 3 wires....reach in and upwards from in front of your front wheels

They're in front of the front wheels; if you look up the hole in the bottom of the bumper where the fan exhaust comes out, you'll see them. Here's a thread on replacing with something cheaper; I replaced mine with an OE part.
