Default 996 steering wheel needs re work

I have a 2003 996 Targa, sliver and dark blue interior, The interior is about 8.5 condition except steering wheel. The wheel is blue leather and at the top its showing some wear.
What are my option,
-send off to get re leathered, if so wear?
-re dye it
- buy another one?
Thanks
John

For short term solution i found a nice leather steering wheel cover. I think it costed like $40+ dollar and the fitting and look was pretty good. I also liked the extra thickness it provided on the steering wheel. Mine was black so it was easy to find....not sure if you could find a matching blue leather. I actually installed the cover to save the alcantara on the steering wheel, installed by previous owner. It was starting to show wear and i knew it wasn't cheap to replace so i wanted to save it by trying on a leather wheel cover.

How much did you guys pay for havng Dallas do your steering wheel, if I may ask?

Randy, I see in your picture the 'batwing' with 911 script. I have been looking for a black one with the slots for the switches but can't find anything. Not even a part number. Is yours original equipment? Don't suppose you know the part number for it?

Suncoast has them with the cutouts for the switches:

But not with the 911 designation.
