Pressure plate bolt lock washers???

Default Pressure plate bolt lock washers???

I'm about to install the pressure plate, so I check the Bentley manual and it says to be sure to use new lock washers under the bolt heads. I see no reference to washers in any parts list, and my old bolts had no washers under the heads. I bought new bolts from the dealer, he made no reference to washers. Is this simply an error in Bentley?

Sounds like an error to me. No such washers even in the parts diagrams.

I did the clutch myself and don't recall any washers.

Agree, I went ahead and assembled the PP without washers. I did, however, add some blue loctite to the threads “just in case”. Torque value also seems low, but I could make the same statement for nearly every bolt in the engine except for the TTY applications.
