Porsche 996 Ticking Noise
I'm new to the world of owning a Porsche and probably a little over paranoid about something going wrong. I have a slight ticking noise, I can always hear it when I'm at a drive through or parked next to something that reverberates my cars noises. I will post a link to youtube of my car. The engine noise kinda drowns it out but you can still hear it (ish). Any thoughts on what it might be would be greatly appreciated.

She's sitting around 85,000 miles right now. I'm currently running mobile one 0w40 with stp zddp additive in it. Oil pressure has gone up a little bit since the summer weather hit. Usually up around 4 on start up then once she's warm it will sit around 2 at idle and 4-5 on acceleration (depending on how heavy my foot is).

Could be chain rattle, cats, sticky valve.
Get a cheap auto stethoscope to isolate the area.

Is one tailpipe sootier than the other? Any oil consumption? Those are typically the tell tail signs. Does the sound get a bit louder when above idle, say 2500 rpm, or does it get quieter?

Sometime people hear the tank vent solenoid clicking and get worried. Its right above the alternator, get a stethoscope and listen to it and see if that's the noise you"re hearing.

tailpipes are the same. She burned about half a quart over 3,000 miles. It gets noticeably louder and more responsive at a little over 2k rpm, it’s not a gradual change more like flicking a switch

Also take a look at the fuel trim values to make sure you don't have bad injectors washing the bores down or a small vac leak causing it to add fuel.
