No it does not....at least according to Excellence was Expected.
Further, the 3rd radiator proved unneeded in the C4S tip as well...owing to the rather enhanced airflow arising from the increased front inlets.

Viken - ensuing from Excellence was Expected Volume 3, pg 1398, first para, 2 sentence (referencing 2002 C4S)
"The bigger front cooling-air inlets were so effective that the 4S needed no center radiator to cope with the added heat load of the optional Tiptronic transmission".

One exception (Gert and I have been trying to figure this one out).
A C4S with an X51 package DOES NOT get a third radiator.
From TSB 7/02 1001 Option X51 - Increased Engine Performance (dated 12-6-2002) (step 6 and also mentioned in the parts list as not needed for C4S).

6. Install additional radiators (subsequently referred to as coolers). Not For 911 Carrera 4S
