Spare tyre won't hold air - what now?

Thanks everyone! Okay so no green slime because it eats rims, I haven't yet taken it to a tyre shop but I should/will and hopefully they can patch it.
As for a replacement/good used one down here they are asking $400+ for them :s and they are too big and heavy for it to be reasonably shipped from the US.

There are others like RACV in Victoria, NRMA in NSW etc. that all offer roadside assist packages. More around how long they would take to come out and actually have a truck come and pickup the car because I dont have a spare etc.
As much as I like the idea of more frunk space (a little part of me was excited for a tiny bit of weight reduction too!) I'll ultimately end up taking it to a tyre shop to see if they can repair it and go from there.
