I understand the appeal of LED tail lights. That said, the factory tail lights and the reflector strip are such an important part of the design of the 996 C4S, it pains me to see them swapped out for aftermarket LEDs. The OE lights look perfect on that car, and I think it’s one of the best looking 911 rear ends ever made.

I wanted to do the same to my C4s, but ultimately felt the same way and just replaced every single exterior light (minus the litroinics) with LED bulbs, looks much more modern w/ the lights on and glad i did as I've become fond of the oem spec.

But no hate towards those that do mod, it's you're car and if you love it that's all that matters

Same here - I think every owner should do whatever they want to do. I just really love the rear of the C4S!
