Tips to move AC Control to lowest slot
OK, I have succumbed to installing a cup holder (I know it's lame, but I keep spilling my coffee). That said, I've searched the forum for tips on moving the AC control unit from the top slot to the lowest slot. I have the correct bezel, and I have the Porsche cupholder that goes in the top slot.
That said, my questions are:
1. Is there already a link in this forum that explains the right way to relocate the wires etc.
2. If not, is the anybody who has done this the right way that can provide a quick DIY explanation (with pics if possible)
3. The cupholder I received from Porsche came in about 8 parts...there's no assembly instructions with that either. I assume it's self explanatory, but I'm looking for experience there also.
I think this will be a fun project...it can't possible take long to do, but I'm always looking for the experienced comments first. Any advice will be appreciated...Thank you
