Default Show me your aftermarket DRLs/Fog Lights

i want to add some aftermarket fog lights to the front bumper and was curious if anyone has fitted them and what you went with and where you mounted them. Let’s see them! (Purists need not reply) 😜

I would also be entrusted in seeing how fog lights could be mounted into front bumper since I decided to give the AndrewK996 headlight covers a try. I am not saying that I do not like the "fried egg" lights, it's just that I wanted to do something different (hope this does not turn into an opinion thread). Since the headlight covers cover the OEM fog light, it would be nice to know if an alternate method of fog lights is available.

Glad to help. It’s a 2003.

That's what I was wondering. Do you have any pointers on mounting the covers? Again, that's why I was curious about the fog lights, my new covers are on the way as I type.

lol, they're leds. There's no heat generated like with halogens.

my next project is to update my exterior lighting. I'd like to do something similar as my front bumper lends itself well to the concept.

I'm gonna start with replacing all tail light bulbs -- I had planned on grabbing a pair of the "997 style" led tails until i realized they were only available smoked... won't work with the reflector strip unless i smoked that too. So i'm gonna just replace all bulbs with leds (including the rear fogs after i add the passenger side bulb) and add in the necessary relay(s).

I used silicone as tape left too much gap. I would slide them forward on your light as much as possible to get them to sit flush.
