Default Look who I met today...

Boom. Ran into Magnus Walker while doing the grid walk at the Lonestar Lemans. Very gracious guy and wonderful dude. Great race today for those who watched it. Going to miss watching the P-cars next year.

The twins had a great time at the race also and are pumped for F1 next month. Hill Country Chapter of PCA and Porsche North America were great hosts.

Enjoy!

Debo18 you say 'Very gracious guy and wonderful dude'.. That's easy for him as he is an English fellow same as I am lol. Magnus was born in Sheffield in Yorkshire. I was born in the bordering county of Lancashire UK.

Thanks all! I am fortunate to live here in Austin close to COTA and there is a ton of great racing to watch there. The only hiccup I had this weekend was dragging Mrs. D. away from the Patrick Dempsey Racing Team's area over and over again. She was hoping to catch a glimpse of McDreamy. Needless to say, she had a favorite car to cheer for. lol.

A few years back my dad flew out to San Diego to visit me and we took my Boxster up to LA for the day, we wanted to cruise the 6th street bridge a couple times before it got torn down and we actually drove past Magnus's warehouse. Sadly the door was closed and we didn't get to glimpse any of his collection. He seems like a cool dude, but I'm about ready to unfollow his instagram because of all his stupid hashtags
