DIY fix for a/c defrost?
Is there a DIY fix for the defrost vents? No matter what i vents i set the a/c to, its always blowing out the defrost, and often creating condensation on the outside. I was told it was something to do with the vent flaps, but is there a diy to fix it? The foam bits have subsided, so i assume there is nothing left to the flap seals

There is no simple DIY for replacing the foam on the internal doors of the HVAC system. To get to them requires removing the entire dashboard. There is one DIY that I heard of that you can gain access by removing the heater core and cutting away part of the box.
That being said, I see you are in Florida and I have the same problem at times because of the high humidity. What I do is put the AC at the same temperature, or slightly below, ambient air temperature. That solves it for me. The condensation forms on the outside of the windshield, so even one quick swipe of the wiper blades clears it off.

Here is one good diy for the flap repair. You need to setup drop box
