those rockers aren't to bad, trust me I had worse on a car I bought prior..(gambella)

maybe I should title this thread "BTR now 160K use to be 85K years back" and would get more replies. ****ing $$$/market has decimated this forum...

Oh man. Good find! Does resemble my car. Some small differences like the skirts, turbo s spoiler and scoops. Also looks to have standard brakes that have just been painted. no center center exhaust and obviously the TurboR motor and suspension but at first glance I thought it was my car 😊.

Haven't posted in a while but hope everyone's doing well!!!

I see these guys every year at a regional event and they always bring a few cars out. Would be fun to get a closer look.

If done when RUF dallas was RUF distributer doesn't change its authenticity etc...

Did RAC change their name to Dallas motorsports?
My understanding was that RAC was discounting Ruf conversions which pissed off Ruf Germany.
An RAC produced Ruf conversion is every bit a Ruf conversion, papers and all.

No no, two separate endeavors. I was told/read/heard that DM was started by RAC ex-pats.

I've chatted with both, and there's definitely two sides, but there's no love lost between them.

Could be wrong but.... Heard they parted ways as RAC was offering things other then RUF only solutions and RUF wants only RUF sold through whom ever is carrying the brand. I believe it was a power kit like package they did on a well documented build that was the final thing. If I recall RAC had a great reputation when they were RUF dallas... same company = http://www.racperformance.com/

u still see RUF cars come through here for sale time to time as believe they had a loyal following of RUF owners...
