Where are you located? I am considering putting mine up for sale in the spring. Slightly less than 70,000 miles on the clock. Has had the top and rebuild for the secondary air intake clogging issue approximately 6000 miles ago. Has been re-sprayed because of vandalism. No accidents. I used it as my daily driver for years. It is currently asleep in my barn for the winter but I could pull it out easily.

This is my old car (sold it 11 months ago).

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-...m=391383334615

A GREAT no accident car with HB sport seats. Documented owner history as well as all maintenance records dating back over 15 years. I owned it for six years. Note, though, that the car currently has 996 TT wheels on it. It had the stock 993 TT wheels on it when I sold it. Not sure why they replaced them. I'm guessing they sold the 993's at a high price and pocketed the difference.

Thanks for the leads guys, but when I say driver, I mean high mileage, and price closer to $100k or less.

Interesting, I've never heard of the SAI for the TT. I always thought it was because the cars were single plug, and don't have the vram system.

It's rare but it does happen. I was confused also since I usually would drive the car in fourth at the top to keep the RPMs in the powerband. Same crappy valveguides as the NA 993s.
Brian, good luck with the search. Sorry things didn't work out. The only 993tt I have seen advertised for less than 100 was one with about 150k miles in Naples Florida which was on eBay last summer/fall for 94k if I remember. I just checked the website and it's no longer for sale.

with High prices like now I do not believe that someone with a 150k miles car in good care will sell for 100 or less
think about I would invest 20-30k $ to get a revised engine and sell for 150k at least

Not exactly what you are looking for but priced right and looks like a hell of a lot of fun.

He posted in another thread that he removed the reserve so the high bidder over $75,001 buys the car. No bids on it yet and it ends today. Seems like a very fun car.

Back on the hunt. Haven't been in for a while.
Market softening? Holding? What say you, experts of the TT forum?

Looking for a lower priced ,well sorted and maintained driver in Blues, Arena, Polar, Slate, White, over black or grey. Hi miles ok.
Sunroof delete?
Don't know if you don't ask, right?
