Hi, no it's an XJ220 "S" spec, one of 5 ever made, 680hp, 2390lbs. Built to homologate the XJ220C which raced at @ LeMans. This car just came back from England after a complete go through at Don Law Racing. It is street legal and registered. Only body panels shared with the XJ220 are the doors (aluminum ), rest is all carbon kevlar, hence the weight saving .
The same shop that did my orange car is finishing up my XJR-15 , I should have that stateside this spring . It's Chassis #50 of 50 cars made and one of the 20 street versions. It's the first all CF street car made and shares the XJR-9 tub that won LeMans for Jaguar in 1989. Here is a pic of it.

RufMD, are both the XJ220 and XJR-15 center of the car driver position?

Fantastic adventure. It gave me chills! BTW, did you visit Alois in Pfaffenhausen?

I became a bigger fan of Ruf after stumbling across the facility during ED. Alois, and his son Marcel, are super people, and their passion for what they do shows in their end product. Marcel convinced me to stay overnight to do some driving the next day. He had Alois bring the RCT for me to drive.
Enjoy the car! Hopefully one day, I will add one to the stable. I am a big fan of the product, but a bigger fan of the creators!

Wow, thanks for taking the time to share such a rare 993!
Enjoy the miles and smiles, hope to see it in person someday, let us know if you attend an event with it (Parade, P20, etc).

RUF are +A1 to deal with
I bought numerous parts and wheels from them
Recently upgraded turbo oil return lines which fit with German perfection.
Lovely CTR2 you have ...I'm jealous for sure.
Enjoy in great health

Ive dealt with Ruf since 2003 and they have always been enthusiasts first and foremost. I just can't say enough about the overall experience and the classy nature of Estonia and Alois. They make you feel like part of a family

RufMD... What excite me most about your thread is the fact that there is one more RUF CTR2 here in the states. I look forward to seeing it out and about online this year. I have a special RUF that I plan to debut at the parade this June.

This is getting better and better! You sir, have a great taste for such rare and very very special cars!! Would you mind share more of your toys with us so we all drool about them?
Also, something to ask as just came into my mind. The CTR2 is builded from a C2S(if so, swaped a 993tt engine?) or a 993tt and removed the AWD?
