TT values - Question
Curious as to RL thoughts. If an unmolested pristine 993 TT with 30k miles is "valued" at $155-160 range is a 80-90k miles TT with new top end, rebuilt turbos and new suspension of equal value?

Look in the classifieds! Silver/black low mile just sold. We don't know the price but a wild guess would be $190k! So depends on color/condition etc etc.
A silver/black tt with 90k miles that have been cared for would be more than what quad said in my book. A beater 90k mile car would maybe be less.

I'd be extremely surprised if that silver/black car got $190k. The only TTs bringing that now that I've heard of are pure collectors, less than 10k miles.
There was an Arena Red TT with about 80k miles with a recent overhaul that struggled to sell for $115k a month or two ago.
My guess it a TT in great shape with new top end, turbos, suspension and 90k miles would actually sell around $100-110k, but would be listed at $140k.

Good low mile cars still seems to sell at high prices. Just harder to find those exceptional cars. Good thing mine has almost 60k miles so I can enjoy it as much as I can.

Anything's possible, and I have no idea what it actually sold for, but I'd argue that if someone gave $190k for it they overpaid.

^^^I would say that's reaching, but, I don't know of too many 7200 mile Turbo's S's on the market. There are several S's in St. Louis for sale in the high 300's.

Turbo asking prices and actual resale values have been very far apart this year.
I have noticed a lot of cars with high asking prices sitting parked.
Parked 993s can lead to top end jobs...
