SOLD my 993TT
After 18 years of ownership, I have decided to sale my 1997 993TT. I hate to say it but over the last few years entirely to my dismay the car has become a garage queen due to my travel and none use. I will miss the car but I rather see someone else use the car to its fullest benefit rather then sitting in the garage looking pretty. The car sold within a week and for a price that I found acceptable and I guess, reasonable as well.
I will most likely look for new wheels when the time is right but until then an empty void in my garage will remain. Thanks for the memories.

Are you talking the new Vanquish or the prior generation 2001-2006? I've looked at the latter, they're really quite spectacular cars. The workmanship on them is exquisite, though really more of a grand touring car than an out and out sports car. Also I found the early paddle shift gearbox pretty primitive compared to the dual-clutch stuff that's out there now like PDK, Audi DSG, etc. There are a handful of 1st gen Vanquish's though that were converted to 6sp manuals by the AM Factory Works in England... Autosport occasionally has these available.
Congrats on your sale and good luck finding whatever's next!

Yep, that one is mine. Also selling reluctantly but need to make room and keeping my older 911s.
