I was able to get such a letter from Ferrari to import a Canadian car that was less than 25yrs old.
That could very well be the case as the impact bumper resistance specifications are now the same for USA and Canada i believe.

A letter might very well allow the car in early.
But it is extra work along with 2.5% for the american buyer which has not been helping this car move from a canadian showroom.

The new relisting and that dealer's other ads from today aren't up anymore. Wonder what happened?

That car, without stories, would be a great addition.

I had it checked out, number of issues

1.Half the car repainted, multiple panels
2.No records
3.Driver seat does not look like 30,000 km car
4.Price is very aggressive
