About the same increase we've seen in the TT world as of late.

I heard Westlake got close to the $269,000 asking for the blue/tan 15K mile 993tt.

I just got an appraisal today for $255k (conservative so state farm would accept it) on a 1997 993 Turbo with 21.5k miles so that seems about right. It's going up boys!

Sounds reasonable and sustainable.

Seriously? My car has 23K, do you really think that's a new real value? If so I will need to contact my insurer, again...

I would if I were you. Regardless of the real value, that was an appraisal based on a significant number of buy\sell\ask data points. Why would you leave any cash on the table?

I worked with http://www.sunsetclassics.com (John) who has sold such rare cars as the Beddor 1997 RUF CTR2 Sport. Suffice to say, that he knows this market.
