Looking forward to seeing your car there. Not bringing the TT or the 914 but looking forward to admiring others cars.

The 97 Turbo at Bonhams is filthy. It has been driven, and not cleaned exceptionally well. The fender guards are completely clouded over. The interior could use a good cleaning on all surfaces, and the rest of the car needs a good detail. I find it appalling they think an estimate is 180-220k.

Wow, the stone guards like that are an "I don't give a siht" statement. Sad. That's a 1 to 10 hour job tho...really.

Multiple bird droppings on the frunk hood is a nice touch...

Whoever is there please keep this thread updated with what the 993TT sells for. I'll look above on earlier posts but do we know the mileage and options as well?

Thanks,
Bryan

Default $210,100 for arena red tt

Talk about appalling.... now we have officially entered the twilight zone on basically any air cooled turbo.

Nothing really special about this one, 15,xxx miles, ordinary color combo. Watch the flood gates open on the market place for any tt under 30k miles to catch this bubble wave!

I'm guessing that number includes the premium. So 191,000 hammer price. Insane. There are a couple in the for sale section that could be flipped easily for more money.

Interesting. This is similar to what happened in the air cooled VW world a few years ago. One 23 window bus sold for around $150K. To its defense it was a 99 point truck, but it set some sort of precedent. Soon after that every rat trap 23 window was worth the same money. The Porsche world is a very different place than it was 2-3 years ago.

...........and the $264 thousand dollar question is "how will it all end?".

yes it is the premium-included price indeed. still, the shock of 993tt continued escalation in sale (not asking) prices ceases to amaze even us porschephiles. there must be 100s of stock 993tt examples just among the rennlist faithful in the 15 to 30k mile range that could be auction bait.

It is pretty amazing what's still out there. I saw four or five extremely nice low mile TT's while in SoCal last weekend. I like the high/ strange option cars myself.
