That doesn't appear to be a real S. Missing a lot of real S pieces.

 

in the thread titled "$400,000", Secretcollector says it's real and how they were specced for the Japanese market. Interesting.

 

I think it is a conversion. Tail is wrong (should be bi-plane), "S" is the 4S "S" rather than an "S" with the same script (also wrong color), exhaust is wrong, calipers are wrong, wheel center caps are wrong.

 

This is real 993TT S from Japanese market. It has Porsche Authenticity Certificate to proof.

 

How easy could the Turbo Scoops be added post delivery? That is the question - but from every angle that car doesn't scream "Turbo S" at me... especially that rear spoiler. Just add it up to another "Odd-Ball" Japanese configured car.

Not uncommon to see japan imports in canada... we have a couple of japan 993RS and 964RS too...
