I'm back in the saddle...
Well, after regretting the day I sold my 97 TTS in 2009 (w/only 9,000 miles) and ultimately, seriously considering and starting the search for a replacement in 2013, I finally located and pulled the trigger on this one:

Although it's not a TTS, it's the next best thing. I'm making the introduction backwards with the link about to all the UMW upgrades (1st call I made the day after i purchased the TT was to Kevin w/UMW). I purchased the same upgrade as I did with the TTS, as follows:
-Zero Clearance Turbos hybrid (keeping mine)
-100 cell cats set up, new(keeping mine)
-Turbo Oil Lines
-Check valves
-Sport Clutch LWLF w/GT3RS 4.0
Also had PSS10 installed and RUF secondary oil cooler.
The car has been at RMG getting a complete tune up, and thoroughly going over every inch of the car to insure its mechanically perfect before I pick it up. Even though it only has 22,000 miles on it, it's still 17 years old.
Bob and Dan at RMG are doing a great job and Kevin helped guide me through the various TT's I was considering to purchase.
Should be ready next week and I can't wait to take it out for a spin.
Looking forward to being back in the Porsche family.
I'll post pictures when I get her home and complete a full detail.
Hope the link works

Am I the only one who is wondering what that TTS changed hands for back then?

Thanks All, can't wait to get her on the road. I forgot to mention, UMW upgades incuded his stage 1 ECU, I didnt want go to crazy on HP.
I ended up having to buy new mufflers, somewhere along the line one of the two previous owners drilled holes in the back bottom, I'm assuming to drain oil. So I had the new mufflers modified with the removal of the batt insulation then sent them to out for ceramic coating. Did the same mod on my TTS, with this mod and Kevin's 100 cell cats, its music to my ears!
I also changed all the hoses S-Car-Go has made, I know it included the intercooler hoses and one other.

Congrats, while they're in there have them do the other half of the oil syphon equation (return lines). It's really a simple and very inexpensive mod. If you want to do it and they're not sure what fittings, PM me and I will send list of what's needed.

Very nice!
If possible I'd like to see/hear the video of your exhaust set up once complete. I know it's never the same vs. in person but still better than nothing.
I just recently bought a set of Tarett toe arms and they are still red in color.

Overboosted28. Thanks for the feedback, UMW turbo kit included the oil lines you are referring too.
rime36, I. Not sure, the invoice just reads 933 adjustable toe steer link, and Front/Rear H&R Sway bars, support bearing, strut mount and sway bar link. I don't and will not track the TT I was told this helps control the added power. I'll let you know as soon as I get the TT back who the manufacturer is.
Knight. I'm not very tech savvy, but I'll try to post a sound video. I know that when I had this identical set up completed on my TTS, the sound was intoxicating. A significant improvement over the OEM sound.
