Default tack day data with Andial motor

Finally had a dry day at the Ridge yesterday! My first track day this year (and my last day last year) was with the new motor but both very very wet (see pic with my sig..). Impressions, lots of torque! can catch/pull away from the usual suspects in my run group (advanced) in the straights. I got passed by a couple of trailered vetts on the first session while I was re-learning the track, then remember being passed in the twisties by an open wheeled race car driven by the event organizer but that's about it. Couple of guys came over to mention how I seemed to be able to pull away from them so quickly in the straights . Top speed is up by about 6mph on the front straight ?1/2 mile (hit 150mph, most aggressive setting on the gt2 wing). Lap times down by average about 2 sec or so (2.5 mile I think track). Andial intercooler seemed to keeps intake temps down reasonably well, didn't take my gt2rs units this time. 92 octane with a bottle of octane booster per tank, ambient high teens C. Here's the data from the front straight, last (14th) lap, last run of the day (so hot motor etc.). For what it's worth for those trying to figure out 60-130mph time from the graphs, as before, I'm hitting the apex of the first part/apex of a chicane at the beginning of the straight and I couldn't keep my foot in it in between the two apexes since this thing has so much torque, I'm getting front lift and some understeer - all this as I'm going past 60mph in 3rd gear. You can tell from the tps that I'm doing some feathering with gas. Also note what rpm I'm shifting at (don't want to break anything and I find I'm going fast enough/busy enough). Anyhoo, on this run, it works out to 8.7sec, for reference this same 60-130 stretch took my old motor 11.5ish secs... so 3 seconds faster is not bad.

Very nice. Wish I could get to this point in being in tune with track performance. I'm happy to be able to get new track rubber and a good alignment. Keep it up.

Awesome data. What do you use to collect that. Does it just plug into your OBDC port? Is it a device that collects the data or software for a collection directly to a laptop?

I think it's all in the weight savings we've been watching you perform. You have a beast.

It's a race technology set up:

http://www.race-technology.com/products_8_912.html

I have a Dash2, DL1 Pro, Video 4 - it has good software for analysis, collects the data and video on a CF card. Knid of picey, but pretty cool playing with the data. It draws a track map with satellite images and you can tell what lines work best for you (I've already figured out how to cut a second or so by changing driving lines/made notes for next time). It can connect to what ever sensor you want to use and also can connect through the OBD2. I have it connected to the OBD2 for rpm but have external boost sensor/taps directly to the post intercooler temp sensor/gps for speed.
I'll post a vid in a few minutes for you.

Last few laps of the day. My faster laps were in the mid 1:54's.

Am I seeing things? Are you running 2.0-2.1 bar of boost? The bottom of the screen says bar. Wow!
