Default Pauter Rods

If anyone is interested in doing a high performance motor build I am selling these Pauter Rods eBay for a great price without reserve.

Long rod motors are great for aggressive high RPM use. It's a great deal if someone want to start collecting parts for high end build.

Great deal but buying high stress items sight unseen scares me. Again it's my trust issues. I'm thinking it's to cheap somethings gotta be wrong. I know, I need counseling :-)

They were removed from a running engine that was taken apart for a refresh. The rod bearings looked great. These are not some junk take offs.

Pauter's rods are designed to be reused over and over again. They are nothing like the factory rod that stretches.

I agree that the rods are phenominal but still worry about internet transactions.

Yes these are mine. I will edit the ad when I get home to more clearly reflect that.

The crank was changed to a 964/RSR style. I can't recall what rods were used during the upgrade.

I purchased these from Mbruns over on Pelican Parts. He is a frequent poster over there and rebuilds lots of motors. I have been following his work for years and trust him. If you search under his screen name you will get an idea of who he is.

I was going to use these during my rebuild but instead found some used (7k miles) P&C's for a great deal. I was forced to used factory style rods because of this. I have held onto these for 5 years thinking I may use them someday. They have been in storage doing nothing so I opted to just resell them.
