As we know, the 993TT is fast. Everything happens fast.

Add bypass. Thngs happen a little faster, both actual speed and tactile, and auditory. Add the LWFW, and there's a little bump again in this "speed".

What I really like about the Goldenrod and SSK, is that it is a very nice marriage with all these little things happening "faster", and harvest them in a good place. The precision, accuracy, crispness, and efficiency of the GR and SSK work in great improved harmony with the bypass and LWFW.

This "chatter" I keep hearing people talk about is so minimal I'm honestly surprised it's even an issue. I just put a LWF set up in a customers car with 140k on it an he was amazed how little extra noise there was. He had read about it on line and some people have made such a big deal about it he thought it was going to be loud.

It's really just a small amount of gear noise at idle in neutral that is normally dampened by the DMF.

I agree - I find the noise is not at all bothersome. It only happens in neutral with the clutch out BTW, clutch in its quiet, and under operation its quiet.

If you do anything to the exhaust, like Fisters or bypasses, etc, it's not an issue.

Cheers,

Mike
