A friend of mine sent me this link... I truly feel bad for this 993tt Andial conversion. I remember the car being for sale a while ago & I just assumed it was snapped up by an enthusiast.

Guess you can now thrash the pants off it for a grand a day.... I wonder if they plan on maintaining it properly. This should probably be noted on the Andial registry as its a serious dent in the cars history (IMO).

I saw that car in the flesh a few months back. It's a stunning color and definitely looked the part, although candidly I didn't examine it that closely. I had a few pics at one point. I'll see if I can dig them up.

I have seen that in person as well. It is stored in the same complex as the shop that I got my aligned at. It looked a bit rough to me. I would really doubt it ever gets rented at that price.

I think it is or (maybe) was a really beautiful car. Sadly being in SJ it's possible some EBT card carrying dope dealer will be doing donuts in it.

Could be a very fun way to spend a couple days at 2014 Porsche Parade. Cheaper than shipping a car. Easier and faster than driving.

I was the high bidder on this car when it was for sale on Ebay last year. Didn't quite get to the reserve. It was originally only available to the Sportiva members and not the general public. I can't imagine people would pay that kind of $$$ for a 100 mile rental so it may not get rented by too many meatheads. After all, that's a car for people who know what they are looking at.
