Thanks Jeff. you were one of the rennlisters who understood my car. the rest beat it up over a fender bender that happened 6 years ago. i had countless guys telling me my car was worth mid 50s on a good day. very happy i held out for a full price.

Congrats on a great sale. And you are right, these cars WILL sell for full price (assuming priced fairly). Sellers, don't let some ***-clown some tell you what your car is worth! The PO (Matt) priced his car fairly, knew what he really owned, waited for the right season, stuck to his guns....and basically got his price.

Obviously the price needs to be fair to BOTH buyer and seller but saying his car was only worth mid-50's is being ridiculous

Congrats on the sale! It certainly took longer than expected but this was not that long. There are 993tt in my area on sale for many months, even years!

Sad to see it leaving offshore tough

Thanks Matt. After talking to you, it was obvious you knew a lot about your car and were honest. Thanks again for spending time on the phone and email. I was trying to catch a break at work to come see it and then this one popped up a hour away. I only wish it was black like yours!!

I did think this car would be gone in a matter of days at that price, but congrats on the sale!

Thanks Tim. car took some time to sell at my price. the rennlist crowd beat me up because of a fender bender 6 years ago. countless guys sending me PM's taking shots at my car and then lowballing me. i represented my car fairly as an honest daily driver and was patient with the sale. too many guys on here are buying carfaxes and paperwork and not cars. the guys paying 80-90k for 25k mile examples i think is a joke. especially if they were to get into a fender bender.....value would plummet. seems like the 993TT market is very top heavy right now unless you have a sub 10k mile pristine example you store. the guys buying 25k mile cars they will drive a few thousand miles each year will pay for the privilege.
