993 BTR (BTR-2) at Sloan
Anybody familiar with this car?

Sloan listed on Excellence too as they usually do, but I hadn't seen any posts about it here or over on Pelican. Just curious if anyone knew the car or even the thoughts from 993 BTR owners out there.

Lee,
I'm not familiar with that car, but it is a FULLY loaded BTR-2, and quite rare. Two important questions for the seller... when was the conversion done (date and mileage) and is the VIN Ruf or Porsche. Good Luck.

Porsche VIN not RUF, though the car was sent back to Germany and the conversion done at RUF in Pfaffenhausen roughly 8yrs ago.
Yes Body Motion said they had it on consignment in 2011 for slightly less asking price but never sold.

Speaking of VIN, A RUF VIN adds cachet which adds $$$. I'm not even sure there were any Ruf VIN BTRs built. My Turbo R is a conversion with a Porsche VIN. All great cars.

This is no doubt different than a RUF turbo but still a true RUF regardless.
