Default Good luck

hey no harm in asking... that's a great low miles car you have... not sure 20K and equal miles will work but a bit higher miles TT and 20K + your car could to the right buyer. c2S cars been doing well on the market as well...

Good luck in your search....

I agree with Mick... a really nice C2S, well optioned like yours can bring well over $50k to the right buyer. I think a nice 993TT with ~40k miles can be had for ~$70k. Ergo, your $20k delta is pretty spot on. The difficulty is getting a 993TT owner to part with his car. Good luck.

Your prob best to sell the C2S and start searching for a TT. Your available options would be so much better esp since your in the right pricing bracket.

I'm assuming you would prefer this method to avoid all the selling hassles plus get some tax savings? As stated already, it will be challenging for someone to give up a low mile TT for a C2S.

32k mile C2S to 20-35k mile TT probably more like +$29-39k

+$19-29k probably get you 35-55k mile TT

Post some pics of the C2S

TIA

yes...friend suggested I test ebay waters out to see where market is...if it sells it sells, if it doesn't it doesn't....and I need more space to fit 3 993s...and wife probably leaves me!

The way the market is now, and the cars I have seen move, I think a nice 40K car is closer to $80K than $70K to get a really nice clean one. However, it may be possible, prices seem to be all over the place these days...

so my experiment with the Ebay auction was very interesting...I had several offers around 55k for my car...I got greedy and was hoping to fetch close to 60k for it as I was in no rush to sell and still searching for a 993 TT...think prices are definitely firming up for the air cooled cars

That gets you into a 65-75k mile 993tt for between even money to under $10k more

For $25-35k more, you're be enjoying a sub 30-40k mile 993tt

Plus $100k if you want a 993 turbo S

IMHO, no regrets either way

You may be able to get more in the spring or summer, but then again it's all relative as TTs may be priced a bit higher too.
