Default Alternator belt

Having an issue with alternator belt. Broken 4. I have change the pulley. The alternator belt light will turn on once a while at high speed or high rev. not sure which. After i few times the belt would break. Part of the belt was eaten away.

Is the problem belt too tight or loose or could it be the lower pulley?

Alternator could be the problem.

just a guess, the belts are probably not aligned straight. I had that problem after I changed my alternator, the belts would get real hot after a few minutes. I checked looking from the side and could see where it was slightly off. I played with the pulleys and the spacers until I got it right. make sure to use original porsche belts too

Also there's a washer, that if it's not place the right way , < or >, will cause the belt to eventually break.
