Default Bizarre CEL

A few minutes after setting out last night I acquired some idiot in a "sporty number" a few inches off my rear bumper, so close I couldn't see his lights at one point. The motor was still cold so normally would just pull over to inside lane but on this occasion I thought no, what the hell, this is on!
So I waited until I had decent temp on the oil gauge and I think I was in 3rd when I floored it, expecting to see the guys headlights rapidly disappear, no such luck, hit about .6 bar then it almost died on me, I mean almost complete loss of power, rather embarrassing!

The CEL started flashing before staying on.

Drive home seemed fine, although I took it easy.
Put the Durametric on it later and came up with codes 67 (misfire on cylinder 5) & 75 (other misfire??).

Considering that I changed the plugs out only 5k miles previous, is this likely to be something else other than #5 plug or ignition wire?

Anything else to check?
