Thanks Chao but I already looked at that one. The seller Jflow is very nice to deal with but the I/C itself is not up to my standards optically I'm afraid. Still looking but thanks for trying to help out.

Nothing special at all but from the high res pics I got through the seller, it was obvious that the I/C had damage to some of the fins etc. which probably doesn't impact performance but it was a shop-stopper for me. As I said, I had no problem dealing with the seller, just the condition of the I/C was not good enough.
