Worn deck shocks are very-very common. Front trunk shocks too.

Supple Leather seats? They just look worn, even when new.

3 owners is not bad.

I agree, fresh engine and good paint, just needs some suspension freshening. I have a gut feeling it's been modded and returned to stock.
Bottom line, good car priced at the top of the retail market.
