WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICTURES...:-)...old ones but not much has changed.

From 251K...will get more at 300K.

picked car up tonight...'new' rotors that were just put on (less than 1k miles ago) were within 'spec' but were respun at Custom Alignment (thx Joe)...mechanic (Bob Grigsby at RMG in Sunnyvale) went well above the call of duty to help sort this out (thx Bob)...and also new tie rods were installed.

drove home...so far so good. will be curious to see if clunking noise also gone.

So you think the rotors were out of round?

mikej...seems like combo of rotors off and tie rods...

we'll see...rotors (imo) don't explain the clunking noise w slow turning...?tie rods...not a mechanic

just glad (it seems) fixed.
