It is almost impossible to give a car like this a certain "market" value. It truly depends on how badly one wants it.
As far as I am concerned, the 993TT has kept its value because of its collectability and looks rather than its value as a driver, performance etc... If I was looking for certain quality standards in terms of modern technology etc.. I would go blindly for a 996TT which sell at close to 60% of the price of similarily driven 993TTs.
With that being said, my own personal price reference for a car with this build spec would be to take a 993TT with similar mileage and take 10% out of its market price, whatever that is.
If I badly wanted it, I would stretch and pay the same as a similarily driven stock 993TT. If I wanted a track toy only, I would buy a used 996TT, gut it, flash the DME and do laps all day long.

All I know is it's a sweet F'ing 911. I can only hope it falls into someone who will love it for what it is. My concern is the amount of buyers out there looking for this type of 993tt is very small...unfortunately. I will say it is pretty much exactly how I would build a 993tt if I had the money. It just needs more power to summon the soul of a "real" EVO. ;-)
