This is Lapis Blue over Camel, right?

I love the car - it is beautiful....I just can't get my head around the wood details on the wheel and shifter. When I spoke to the dealer, he suggested lacquering them in black - which I thought wasn't a bad idea - BUT then the car becomes 'altered'....oh veh. It is a lot of bread too...

The lumber on the interior would have to go. Yes the car is nice but I thought it looked tired and dirty (door jambs, carpets, fenders gaps in storage area, gack by e-brake handle, rubber moldings, engine compartment is a disaster, scuffs on dash, patena is wrong on the seats, and the paint is hologramed) for a 21000 mile car. But I guess that is the PCA Concours judge coming out in me. The price is that of a kings ransom as well.

I think it is Ocean Blue - my favourite colour - rare911s, just really crappy lighting. That's what Jeff Segal'd sell it for in Toronto.

Believe it or not, a couple of years ago you could still save a fortune buying in the US and importing up - but that ship has by and large sailed - selection better in the US for sure but after duties, RIV, transport and risk...better be one smokin deal.
