There are quite a few good indi's in the area.

If you are willing to travel to the Doral-Hooters-area. J & W Motorsports Racing. great guys, extremely knowledgeable, ask for Will
there's another shop, Flat6motorworks, IIRC also just 10-15 minutes north.
