I would have to see Certificate of authenticity or Window sticker to show those scoops are factory, along with anything else, wonder what he's looking to get?

Probably, this car was produced when the Turbo S was on paper.
I have not seen a turbo S with a TS VIN
The scoops are and were in the Tequipment catalog
The car is a Saudi Arabia version
The color code " I guess" comes from the famous 959 concept car, code 947 PERLGLANZWEISS
My biggest worry in these region cars is the rust.
heat and sand kill a car so fast, sand like in a blasting machine whilst driving
anyone who traveled to the region knows what I am talking about
again, imagine at 50* celcius and engine tray is on
Then there is the VAT issue.
At 50k I personally would hesitate. The seller is surely looking for 65+
A turbo S with lower miles sold 4 months ago in the UAE at $80k
good looking car anyway

1 - Cars dont rust in Kuwait, there is virtually no rain only humidity.
2 - more likely to suffer from 'sand blasting' if caught in a dust storm, unlikely a car like this would be out in one.
3 - This type of car would normally come out at night mainly for street cruising.
4 - If your serious there is the Porsche dealer in Kuwait who could do an inspection!

The car is in mint condition apparently and I believe it, I have seen quite a few really low mileage in this part of the world.
GCC specs as they are called (or Saudi specs) are sort of a hybrid between ROW and US specs, such as bumperettes, suspension and a few oher things, while having a ZZZ Vin.
